Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management (FM), MEP or related technical services
- Hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repair of relevant systems
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
- Understanding of safety standards and quality procedures
- Degree / Diploma / ITI / Certificate in relevant technical or management discipline
- Certifications specific to roles (HACCP, Life Guard certification, KSA Driving License, etc.)
