Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management (FM), MEP or related technical services
  • Hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repair of relevant systems
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
  • Understanding of safety standards and quality procedures
  • Degree / Diploma / ITI / Certificate in relevant technical or management discipline
  • Certifications specific to roles (HACCP, Life Guard certification, KSA Driving License, etc.)
