Hamdan Global is recruiting experienced maintenance professionals for Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Visa is under Wrass Operation and Maintenance Company. Candidates from India may apply for online interviews.
Available Positions
1. HVAC Technician
Salary: SAR 2,200 (SAR 1,900 + SAR 300)
- Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance experience
- Responsible for installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, cooling towers, and refrigeration units
- Inspect, clean, adjust and replace components such as filters, belts, motors, bearings, and coils
2. Electrical Technician
Salary: SAR 2,200 (SAR 1,900 + SAR 300)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance experience
- Responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, machinery, control systems, and power distribution systems
- Install electrical wiring, conduits, lighting systems, and electrical components
3. Plumbing Technician
Salary: SAR 2,000 (SAR 1,700 + SAR 300)
- High School / Diploma in Plumbing / Mechanical
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance experience
- Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems
- Handle underground storm sanitary and water piping systems, water heaters and conditioners
- Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
4. Painter
Salary: SAR 1,900 (SAR 1,600 + SAR 300)
- High School education
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance experience
- Repair and replace wall cracks
- Painting with Vito-nit and using wall filler for walls
- Candidates with hospital project experience will be an advantage
5. Furniture Carpenter
Salary: SAR 1,900 (SAR 1,600 + SAR 300)
- High School education
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance experience
- Responsible for maintaining facility joinery, furniture, and fittings in a safe manner and to required standards
- Repair facility furniture and fittings including cupboards, cabinets, shelves, doors, handrails, etc.
6. Fire Alarm Operator
Salary: SAR 2,100 (SAR 1,800 + SAR 300)
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Fire Safety Systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an FDA Technician or in fire alarm system installation and maintenance
- Experience in Facility Management or Hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of Saudi fire safety regulations and standards is a plus
