About the Role
Sinclus Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. is sourcing experienced HSE Officers for a prominent Oil & Gas Project in UAE. This is an urgent requirement with immediate joining. Candidates must possess a valid NEBOSH Certificate and have a strong background in Oil & Gas Projects. ADNOC Offshore experience is mandatory for this position.
Key Requirements
- NEBOSH Certificate (mandatory)
- 7+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects
- ADNOC Offshore experience (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline preferred
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to join immediately
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures at project sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards and client HSE requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE training programs
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor work practices and ensure the use of proper PPE
- Maintain HSE documentation and ensure readiness for emergency response
- Promote a strong safety culture among all site personnel
