- Plumber – 1,500-1,600
- STP Operator – 1,700-1,800
- STP Supervisor – 2,500-2,800
- Water Quality Specialist – 2,500-2,800
- Pool Pump Technician – 2,000-2,200
- Pool Technician – 2,000-2,200
- Equipment Technician – 2,000-2,300
- Waste Services Supervisor – 2,500
- Chiller Technician – 2,000-2,100
- HVAC Supervisor – 2,500-2,700
- HVAC Technician (AHU, FCU, FAHU System) – 1,800-2,000
- Mechanical Technician – 1,600-1,800
- Fire Fighting Team Leader – 2,200-2,500
Electrical Division
- MEP Supervisor – 2,800-3,200
- Multi Skilled Technician – 1,900-2,100
- Electrical Supervisor – 2,700-2,800

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 23-40 years
- 3-5 years of experience in facility & maintenance management
- Candidates with Gulf experience are highly preferred
