Who Should Apply?
The MPMD division handles medium projects related to maintenance, so the ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repair. Candidates with prior UAE/Gulf experience, technical certification or a diploma are preferred. Below is a quick summary of the main skills required for each role:
- HVAC/AC Technicians: Knowledge of air conditioning units, ventilation systems, refrigeration cycles, preventive maintenance and repair.
- Electrical Technicians: Experience with wiring, control panels, lighting systems, MCC panels and electrical troubleshooting.
- Chiller Technicians: Familiarity with chillers, compressors, cooling towers, pumps and chiller plant maintenance.
- Mechanical Technicians: Ability to maintain pumps, motors, valves, piping systems and rotating equipment.
- Assistant Technicians (MEP/HVAC/AC): Good technical base, willingness to learn, and ability to support senior technicians.
- Multi Technician Civil: Basic civil repair work, painting, tiling, carpentry and building fabric maintenance.
- Plumber: Knowledge of drainage systems, sanitary fittings, water supply lines and leak repairs.
