- Working Hours: 8 hours plus 1-hour break, 9 hours total daily
- Working Days: 6 days per week with 1 weekly rest day

Key Duties
As an MEP Technician, you will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Your duties will include troubleshooting faults, inspecting facilities and equipment, responding to breakdowns, following safety rules, and maintaining service records and reports.
Key Requirements
- Diploma, ITI or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or a related field
- Experience with facility management companies or commercial complexes preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical wiring and troubleshooting, and basic plumbing
- Building, facility or school maintenance experience preferred
