Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities management company.
- Strong knowledge of building MEP systems and experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems is mandatory.
- Ability to effectively manage site technicians and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Ability to prepare professional technical and monthly reports.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
