Job Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree/Professional qualification with appropriate experience in the respective field; specialist/technical qualifications required as applicable to the position.
- Manage and perform responsibilities related to the assigned department/function within a hospital environment.
- Ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality day-to-day operations while following hospital policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with management, internal departments, staff, vendors and other stakeholders for effective service delivery.
- Monitor work quality, performance and compliance, ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation related to the assigned function.
- Support team development, training, problem-solving and continuous improvement while maintaining professional and regulatory standards.
