Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician – Rotating / Millwright with 7-10 years of experience only in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of rotating equipment while ensuring safe and reliable plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on rotating equipment as per maintenance schedules.
– Carry out corrective and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
– Troubleshoot mechanical failures and identify root causes.
– Overhaul, alignment, assemble, and install rotating equipment. maintain and repair: Pumps, Compressors, Steam Turbines, Fin Fan Coolers.
– Perform precision alignment using dial indicators and laser alignment tools.
– Conduct bearing replacement, seal replacement, coupling alignment, and equipment inspections.
– Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
– Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and procedures.
– Prepare maintenance reports and complete work orders in the CMMS.
Requirements:
– Education: DAE 3 Years in Mechanical Engineering.
– Experience: 7-10 years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer plants.
– Strong knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
– Experience in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
– Good understanding of safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Terms and Conditions:
– Duty hours: 10 hours per day / Weekly off: 1 day.
– 2 year’s contracts. / Age limit maximum 40.
