Genetco, a leading company in Oman, is hiring experienced Mechanical Supervisor and Civil Supervisor professionals for facility management and maintenance operations. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong technical supervision experience, hands-on maintenance skills, and a Facility Management (FM) background.
Available Positions
1. Mechanical Supervisor
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance.
Key Requirements:
- Strong Facility Management (FM) background.
- Hands-on experience maintaining HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment.
- Previous experience supervising mechanical technicians and maintenance teams.
- Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
2. Civil Supervisor
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil maintenance and supervision.
Key Requirements:
- Strong Facility Management (FM) background.
- Hands-on experience in building maintenance, civil repairs, renovation, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Experience supervising civil technicians and maintenance teams.
- Good knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and maintenance procedures.
