| Electro Mechanical Technician | Minimum 3 years maintaining industrial production machinery. |
| Quality Controller | Minimum 2 years in food manufacturing quality control, preferably bakery or frozen food production. |
| HVAC Technician | Minimum 3 years in HVAC installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. |
| Lead Maintenance Technician | Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance, including at least 2 years leading technicians. |
| Maintenance Supervisor | Minimum 7 years in industrial maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. |
| Electrical Technician | Minimum 3 years in industrial electrical maintenance. |
| Cold Storage Technician | Minimum 3 years maintaining industrial cold rooms and refrigeration systems. |
| Freezer Technician | Minimum 3 years maintaining industrial freezing equipment, preferably in frozen food manufacturing. |
| Baker / Technician Baker | Minimum 3 years in commercial or industrial bakery production. |

Key Skills and Qualifications
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Troubleshooting production machinery, motors, control panels, sensors and variable-frequency drives.
- Reading electrical drawings, preventive maintenance and electrical safety.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is preferred.
Electro Mechanical Technician
- Relevant technical diploma or trade certificate.
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintaining motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors and pneumatic systems.
- Reading technical drawings.
Quality Controller
- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
- Raw material and finished-product inspection.
- Temperature and weight checks.
- Hygiene monitoring, traceability and accurate recordkeeping.
HVAC Technician
- Relevant trade certificate or technical diploma.
- Experience with air-conditioning systems, air-handling units, ventilation, compressors and electrical controls.
- Leak detection and safe refrigerant handling.
Lead Maintenance Technician
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Allocating maintenance tasks.
- Coordinating preventive maintenance.
- Identifying recurring failures.
- Managing spare-parts requirements and coaching technicians.
Maintenance Supervisor
- Technical diploma or engineering degree.
- Maintenance planning, team supervision, breakdown response, root-cause analysis and spare-parts control.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance with production and enforce safety procedures.
- Food factory experience is strongly preferred.
Electrical Technician
- Electrical trade certificate or diploma.
- Panel wiring, motors, contactors, relays, sensors and drives.
- Interpreting wiring diagrams.
- Using electrical test instruments and following isolation procedures.
Cold Storage Technician
- Refrigeration qualification.
- Maintenance of compressors, condensers, evaporators, defrost systems and temperature controls.
- Diagnosing temperature fluctuations, refrigerant leaks and equipment faults.
Freezer Technician
- Refrigeration qualification.
- Experience with blast, spiral or tunnel freezers.
- Troubleshooting low-temperature refrigeration, defrost systems and controls.
- Experience with the specific freezer types used by the factory is preferred.
Baker / Technician Baker
- Practical knowledge of ingredient weighing, dough mixing, fermentation, proofing and baking.
- Consistent product quality and recipe compliance.
- Experience with croissants, laminated dough and frozen dough is preferred.
Assistant Baker
- Assisting with ingredient preparation, weighing, mixing, shaping and tray preparation.
- Following recipes and production instructions.
- Maintaining food hygiene and workstation cleanliness.
