VISA UNDER WRASS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE COMPANY
Open Positions:
1. HVAC Technician – Salary SAR 1900 + 300 Food
– Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering, 5-10 years maintenance experience.
– Installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of HVAC/R systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split ACs, VRF/VRV, cooling towers, refrigeration units.
– Inspect, clean, adjust, replace filters, belts, motors, bearings, coils.
2. Electrical Technician – Salary SAR 1900 + 300 Food
– Diploma in Electrical Engineering, 5-10 years maintenance experience.
– Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair electrical systems, equipment, power distribution, control systems.
– Install wiring, conduits, lighting systems.
3. Plumbing Technician – Salary SAR 1700 + 300 Food
– High School/Diploma in Plumbing/Mechanical, 5-10 years experience.
– Install, repair, maintain pipes, fixtures, water supply, drainage, underground storm/sanitary piping, water heaters, conditioners. Test for leaks.
4. BMS Operator – Salary SAR 2500 + 300 Food
– Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, 5-10 years experience.
– Expertise in BMS installation and maintenance, electronic control of building services.
– Maintain/repair BMS controlled HVAC control systems, upgrade/modify as needed.
5. Painter – Salary SAR 1600 + 300 Food
– High School, 5-10 years experience.
– Repair and replace wall cracks. Painting with Vito-nit and using wall filler.
6. Furniture Carpenter – Salary SAR 1600 + 300 Food
– High School, 5-10 years experience.
– Maintain facility joinery, furniture, fittings. Repair cupboards, cabinets, shelves, doors, handrails, etc.
7. All Rounder Mason – Salary SAR 1600 + 300 Food
– High School, 5-10 years experience.
– Construct, repair, finish brick, block, stone, concrete structures. Walls, foundations, partitions, pavements.
Additional Requirements:
– Candidates with hospital project experience preferred.
– English or Arabic language mandatory.
– Gulf return or Indian candidates accepted.
– 8 hrs duty + 4 hrs OT compulsory (total 12 hrs duty).
