1. Project Manager – Civil
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; PMP Certification; expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience: 8+ years in civil construction and infrastructure management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-scale civil engineering projects from initial conception through to successful completion.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and optimize resources.
- Manage extensive project budgets.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, engineering codes and safety standards.
2. Project Engineers – MEP
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering; familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA and NBC; proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Project; strong understanding of power distribution, load calculations, duct sizing and hydraulic calculations.
Experience: 8 years of proven experience in managing building services for large-scale construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of MEP systems from design review and BIM coordination to on-site installation, testing and commissioning.
- Lead a team of junior engineers and inspectors.
- Ensure all systems meet high-quality standards, safety regulations and project timelines.
3. Workshop Supervisors – Carpentry
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architecture / Interior Decoration; apprenticeship in Carpentry / Woodworking is preferred.
Experience: 4 years of hands-on experience in production, fabrication and assembly within a woodworking and joinery facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of carpenters, machinists and assemblers.
- Translate technical drawings into high-quality custom furniture and fixtures.
- Ensure all projects are delivered safely and up to quality standards.
- Assign daily tasks to carpenters and monitor material consumption.
- Track project timelines and inspect finished goods.
- Oversee machine setup and calibrations.
