Requirements:
– 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management, preferably in data centers.
– Age should be up to 40 years.
– Relevant technical certifications and hands-on skills.
Responsibilities:
– Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
– Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
– Monitor and operate BMS systems (for BMS roles).
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
– Work in shifts as required.
