Job Overview

Available Positions
1. Line Boring Machine Operator / Technician
- Operate line boring machines for repair and maintenance of heavy equipment components (e.g., engine blocks, bores, housings).
- Perform precision machining and ensure accurate alignment of bores.
- Use measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial gauges, vernier calipers, and bore gauges to verify dimensions.
- Set up machines and fixtures for boring operations at workshop and customer sites.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure proper calibration of measuring instruments.
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
2. Electrical Motor Technician & Alternator Overhauling Technician
- Dismantle AC/DC motors and alternators for overhaul and repair.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of mechanical and electrical components.
- Identify defects, wear, insulation damage, bearing failures, rotor/stator issues, and other abnormalities.
- Prepare inspection and condition assessment reports with findings and recommendations.
- Record measurements, component condition, and parts replacement requirements.
- Clean, repair, and prepare components for reassembly.
- Assemble motors and alternators as per manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures.
- Assist in winding, bearing replacement, balancing, alignment, and testing activities when required.
- Conduct pre-assembly and post-overhaul checks.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping in the workshop.
- Always follow HSE and quality procedures.
3. Driver
- Holding a valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle Driver, Light bus/Heavy bus Driver).
- Having good knowledge about UAE route map.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of overall experience in the relevant field.
- Candidate must have relevant technical qualifications and certifications.
