Falcon Services is hiring a Mechanical Field Engineer for a leading oil & gas company in Brunei. This is a long-term project opportunity with a virtual interview to be held shortly. Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering degree and 5–10 years of construction and maintenance experience in the oil & gas industry are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in executing construction and maintenance activities within the oil & gas industry.
- Preferably with boiler and turnaround experience.
- Ability to prepare construction packages detailing work scope and installation procedures.
- Experience supervising construction crews and teams in the execution of work.
- Knowledge of safety philosophies in the construction environment, including safety briefings, meetings, Tool Box Talks, and Unsafe Act audits.
- Ability to provide input to the Planner on schedule constructability review.
- Must be able to plan associated activities for smaller shutdown works well in advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare construction packages with clear work scope and installation procedures.
- Supervise construction crews and teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
