Project Manager – FG ID: 3361290926
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, particularly in waterproofing, concrete repair, and flooring works.
- Overseas experience will be an advantage.
- Lead and manage civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, resource planning, and adherence to project specifications.
- Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site activities while coordinating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Civil Engineer (Sales) – FG ID: J362290926
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales of waterproofing, concrete repair, and flooring solutions.
- Overseas experience will be an advantage.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
- Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, prepare technical proposals and quotations, recommend suitable solutions, and achieve sales targets.
Execution Engineer – FG ID: 3363290926
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, particularly in waterproofing, concrete repair, and flooring works.
- Overseas experience will be an advantage.
- Supervise and execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, methodologies, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams while monitoring workmanship, materials, documentation, and HSE requirements.
BIM Architectural Engineer – FG ID: J364290926
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience.
- Overseas experience will be an advantage.
- Develop and manage BIM models, architectural drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP designs, identify clashes, resolve coordination issues, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
