Job Location
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) – Alfanar Project (Motor Division)
Role-Wise Requirements
1. Sr. Mechanical Technician (Motor Maintenance)
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with HV motors or large rotating machines.
- Proven experience in sleeve bearing preparation and installation.
- Strong knowledge of motor assembly, dis-assembly and alignment techniques.
2. Mechanical Maintenance Technician
- Diploma or High School Passed.
- Experience in industrial/engineering maintenance environments.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Hands-on experience in EOT Crane maintenance and vacuum systems.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM).
- Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Core experience within a plant maintenance department.
- GCC experience is preferred.
3. Electrical Maintenance Technician
- Diploma or High School Passed.
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment.
- Hands-on experience with EOT Cranes, VFDs, PLC wiring, control wiring, and control systems.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
4. Fabricator Cum Welder Maintenance Technician
- GCC experience is mandatory.
- Diploma or High School Passed.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
- Experience in cutting, grinding, fitting, and fabrication works.
- Proficient in Arc and TIG welding.
- Experience in Sleeve Bearing Re-Babbitting.
- Welding in flat and vertical positions.
- Fabricate structures as per drawings, samples, and specifications.
- Prepare materials, maintain tools and machinery, and support site activities.
- Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards.
