1. QA/QC Supervisor
Should have strong knowledge of plastic injection molding quality systems and QA lab equipment.
- Knowledge in Melt Flow Index (MFI), investigate root causes (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Experience in international plumbing standards (ASTM D2846, ASTM F439/F438, DIN 8063, SASO).
- 5-7 years of QA/QC leadership in plastic injection molding; rigid PVC/CPVC fittings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QA lab equipment and ISO systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
2. Production Shift Supervisor
Responsible for supervising production shifts in an injection molding plant and improving equipment effectiveness.
- Knowledge in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot injection defects such as short shots, sink marks, flash, burn marks and warping.
- Enforce shop-floor safety regulations and 5S standards, with focus on continuous operational improvement (3M: Muda, Muri, Mura).
- 5-7 years of supervisory experience in injection molding plant operations.
- Expertise in CPVC/PVC fitting molds and machine parameter setup.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Processing Technology (CIPET or equivalent), or Polymer Engineering.
3. QC Inspector
Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of molded fittings to meet customer and quality specifications.
- Conduct scheduled hourly inspections on molded fittings for critical dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges and thread plug/ring gauges.
- 5-7 years of hands-on QC inspection experience in plastic molding.
- Proficient with precision metrology tools and pressure testing rigs.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, Plastics Technology, or High School Technical Certificate.
4. Mold Tool Maker
Responsible for fabrication, maintenance and repair of high-precision plastic injection molds.
- Operate tool room machinery including conventional/CNC milling machines, surface grinders, lathes and EDM spark erosion for high-precision tooling fabrication and repair.
- 5-7 years of experience in plastic injection mold maintenance and fabrication.
- Strong expertise in collapsible cores and multi-cavity fitting molds.
- Diploma or ITI/Vocational Certification in Tool & Die Making, Machinist Trade, or Mechanical Engineering.
5. Extruder/Pelletizer Operator
Operate twin-screw compounding extruder and pelletizing lines for rigid PVC/CPVC compounds. Job Code: MG26/2862MP.
- Ensure accurate raw material feeding of PVC/CPVC resin, heat stabilizers, impact modifiers, processing aids, lubricants and color pigments per batch recipes.
- 5-7 years of operational experience on twin-screw compounding extruders and pelletizing lines handling rigid PVC/CPVC compounds.
- High School Technical Diploma, ITI, or Vocational Certificate in Plastics Processing, Mechanical, or Industrial Operations.
