Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on the role, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Ensuring safe, efficient and reliable operation of power generation and water desalination plants.
- Planning and executing preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Managing shift operations, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Supervising electrical, mechanical and instrumentation & control maintenance activities.
- Supporting plant start-up, shutdown, load management and emergency response procedures.
- Implementing strict HSE standards and maintaining operational excellence.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
Candidates must hold relevant engineering degrees or technical diplomas/certifications depending on the position, along with proven experience in power plants, desalination plants or heavy industrial O&M environments. GCC experience and valid licenses or certifications will be an added advantage.
