Available Positions and Requirements
1. Electrical Technician
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 5+ years’ experience in maintenance of electrical systems (motors, switch gears, transformers, MDBs, etc.).
2. ELV Technician (Extra Low Voltage)
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 5+ years’ experience in maintenance of ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Lighting Control, Access Control, etc.).
3. HVAC Technician
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 5+ years’ experience in maintenance of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, DX Units, Chillers, etc.).
4. Chiller Technician
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 5+ years’ experience in maintenance of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, condensers, AHU, FCU, DX, exhaust fans, etc.
5. Generator Technician
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 5+ years’ experience in repair and maintenance of all types of generators.
6. UPS Technician
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 4+ years’ experience in maintenance of UPS, Emergency Central Battery System, and DC Chargers.
7. High Voltage Technician (HV)
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 5+ years’ experience in high-voltage electrical systems, focusing on installation and maintenance.
8. Kitchen Equipment Technician
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 4+ years’ experience in maintenance of kitchen equipment (refrigerators, ovens, cookers, washing machines, dishwashers, etc.).
9. Plumbing / Mechanical Technician
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 5+ years’ experience in maintenance of mechanical systems (valves, fittings, drainage, pumps, sliding doors, shutter doors, swing doors, etc.).
10. BMS Operator
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 5+ years’ experience in operations & maintenance of building management systems.
11. HVAC Supervisor
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 8+ years’ experience in maintenance of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, DX Units, Chillers, etc.).
12. Electrical Supervisor
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 8+ years’ experience in maintenance of electrical systems (motors, switch gears, transformers, MDBs, etc.).
13. Plumbing / Mechanical Supervisor
Minimum 2 years Technical qualification/Diploma. 8+ years’ experience in maintenance of plumbing and mechanical systems.
14. Multi Civil Technician – (Carpentry, Masonry & Painting)
English must. 5+ years’ experience in relevant field.
15. Mason cum Furniture Carpenter
English must. 5+ years’ experience.
16. Mason cum Painter
English must. 5+ years’ experience.
17. Chiller Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5–7 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of centrifugal and screw chillers, chilled water plants – air cooled and water cooled, or district cooling facilities.
General Requirements
- All candidates must have GCC/Gulf experience in Facility Management or Building Maintenance Projects.
- Should be able to communicate in English.
