Key Shortlisting Criteria
Krones Machine Experience is Preferred. Candidates should have experience in operating high-speed PET bottling equipment in the beverage or food manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with blow molders, fillers, labelers, and packaging machines.
- Experience operating KRONES ErgoBloc equipment will be a significant advantage.
- Basic computer literacy is essential, as the equipment is fully automated and PLC/HMI controlled.
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic English for operating manuals, HMI messages, and work instructions.
- Technical qualification such as a 2-year ITI (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, or equivalent) or Diploma is preferred.
- Good understanding of machine operation, product quality, safety requirements, and basic troubleshooting.
Position-Specific Requirements
Machine Operator / Line Mechanic / Line Electrician – Krones
- Experience with high-speed KRONES ErgoBloc systems and capable of handling maintenance of all equipment associated with high-speed bottling lines.
- Ability to maintain line efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and effectively manage operational and maintenance activities.
- Experience with Krones and PLCs is essential, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
HVAC Technician
- Repair heating, ventilation, and plant air conditioning; maintain chilled water systems.
- Replace bearings and seals on centrifugal pumps; change bearings on fan systems, motors, and pump shafts.
- PLC and HMI experience is required.
Electrical Technician
- Previous experience working in industrial settings, especially in manufacturing or bottling line facilities.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Equipment-specific training on PET bottling equipment and machines, including understanding the intricacies of each component and how they interact within the production line.
Refrigeration Technician (Ammonia)
- Experience with ammonia compressors, HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, and high-pressure and low-pressure compressors.
Boiler & LPC Technician
- Experienced boiler and LPC technicians with beverage or food industry exposure are invited to apply.
Water Treatment Operator
- Experienced water treatment operators with bottling plant knowledge are invited to apply.
Combination of technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving will make a candidate well suited for these roles in a modern PET bottling line.
