Urgent Hiring for UAE ADNOC Project
Dynamic Staffing Services invites applications for a reputed Oil & Gas company’s ADNOC project in the United Arab Emirates. The shortlisting process has already begun, and we are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions: Shuttering Carpenter, Steel Erector, General Labourer, and HSE Officer. Available Positions
- Shuttering Carpenter – Experienced carpenters for formwork, shuttering, staging and centering work on ADNOC oil & gas projects.
- Steel Erector – Skilled steel erectors for structural steel installation, bolting, welding, rigging and site alignment.
- General Labourer – Hardworking labourers to assist tradesmen, handle materials, maintain cleanliness and support construction activities.
- HSE Officer – Certified health, safety and environment officers with ADNOC / oil & gas project experience to enforce safety compliance and incident prevention.
Role & Responsibilities
Shuttering Carpenter
- Read and interpret structural drawings and formwork layouts.
- Prepare, erect and dismantle shuttering, centering and scaffolding.
- Ensure alignment, level and proper support of formwork.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
Steel Erector
- Assemble and erect steel structures, columns, beams and platforms.
- Use cranes, lifting gear and rigging methods as required.
- Perform bolting, welding and fitting as per approved drawings.
- Work at heights safely with proper PPE and fall protection.
General Labourer
- Support site operations by moving materials and operating basic tools.
- Assist carpenters, steel erectors and other tradesmen.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all HSE instructions and site rules.
HSE Officer
- Implement HSE policies, procedures and emergency response plans.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Monitor compliance with ADNOC HSE standards.
- Investigate incidents and maintain safety records.
Eligibility & Requirements
Candidates must have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical or construction projects in UAE/Gulf. HSE Officer candidates must hold valid HSE certifications such as NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA and ADNOC experience will be preferred. Indian passport holders with all relevant documents are encouraged to apply.
