Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain deployment trackers and arrange economical air tickets for candidates.
- Manage hotel bookings, local logistics, and web check-ins.
- Prepare cost reports for air tickets, hotels, and transportation.
- Coordinate with travel agents and clients for smooth operations.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of prior experience in travel desk or logistics.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and online booking systems.
- Pleasant personality with problem-solving abilities.
