Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain deployment trackers and arrange economical air tickets for candidates.
  • Manage hotel bookings, local logistics, and web check-ins.
  • Prepare cost reports for air tickets, hotels, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with travel agents and clients for smooth operations.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • 2-3 years of prior experience in travel desk or logistics.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and online booking systems.
  • Pleasant personality with problem-solving abilities.
