A leading steel rebar rolling mill in Saudi Arabia is hiring skilled and experienced professionals for multiple positions. Candidates with relevant steel rebar rolling mill experience are invited to apply for an online client interview.
Available Positions
1. Quality Controller
- Experience: 5–8 years in steel rebar rolling mills.
- Key Responsibilities: Inspect billets, MTCs, chemical composition (CE, S, P), and finished products.
- Conduct bending/re-bending and chemical tests; handle defects and corrective actions.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, UK CARES, and steel industry standards.
2. Rolling Mill Technician / Mill Fitter
- Experience: 5–10 years in steel rebar rolling mills.
- Key Responsibilities: Monitor roughing, intermediate, and finishing operations; identify cobbles and product defects.
- Perform pass changes, stand assembly, and guide adjustments (static, roller, twister).
- Hands-on experience with 3-high roughing mill stands is required.
3. Electrical Technician
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in rolling mills or heavy industries.
- Qualifications: Technical diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens/ABB), AC/DC motors, VFDs, electrical panels, and industrial sensors.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, maintenance, and LOTO safety procedures.
4. CNC Lathe Machine Operator
- Experience: 4–8 years machining rolling mill rolls in steel rebar rolling mills.
- Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC lathes for roll turning, re-cutting, and finishing.
- Read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with a Sparkonix notching and branding machine.
- CAD/CAM and AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
