**Salary:** 2500 – 3000 QAR
**Experience:** Minimum 5-8 years of MEP maintenance experience, preferably in FM, property management, high-rise buildings, communities, hotels, malls, or mixed-use developments.
**Qualification:** ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Building Services Engineering.
**Job Requirements:**
– Strong practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building services systems.
– Ability to identify defects, safety risks, asset deterioration, poor workmanship, and maintenance non-compliance.
– Experience using CAFM/mobile applications, asset registers, digital checklists, and photo-based reporting.
– Ability to read asset labels, technical nameplates, O&M manuals, PPM schedules, and equipment records.
– Strong understanding of HSE requirements, PTW, isolation, working at height, restricted access, and plant room safety.
