Job Overview
ASMACS, an ISO 9001-2015 accredited global manpower solutions company, is hiring for a drydock project involving cruise/passenger ships in The Bahamas. Large numbers of candidates are required for ship repair and maintenance roles. This is a free recruitment drive.
Open Positions
1. Ship Repair Manager
Qualification: B.E. in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience & Requirements: Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in ship repair, marine engineering, shipyard operations, or dry-docking. At least 3–5 years in a managerial, project management, or senior supervisory role. Experience in dry-docking, refit, retrofit, and ship repair project planning is highly preferred.
2. Supervisor / Team Leader
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Welding, Fabrication, or a relevant technical trade.
Experience & Requirements: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, marine engineering, or shipyard operations. At least 2–3 years as a Team Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor. Practical experience supervising skilled workers and coordinating ship repair activities. Familiarity with safety requirements, technical documents, procedures, and work instructions.
