Key Responsibilities
- Rewind high-voltage and DC motors as per workshop procedures.
- Remove old windings and accurately record winding data.
- Clean motor slots and install new insulation.
- Perform coil forming, coil insertion, connections and bandaging.
- Prepare motors for oven drying/curing and final assembly.
- Safely operate workshop equipment and follow PPE and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean work area and coordinate with the workshop team.
- Ensure winding and coil connections are properly secured and stable.
- Handle workshop tools and machinery responsibly and safely.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electric motor rewinding.
- Hands-on experience with high-voltage and DC motors and the complete rewinding process.
- Knowledge of coil forming, insulation, coil connections and bandaging.
- Basic to intermediate English.
- Good attention to detail, organized working style and ability to work in a team.
- Practical ability to work with coils, insulation and electrical connections.
- Candidates must provide photos of previous work and workshop experience.
