Available Job Positions
We have multiple vacancies across different departments. Here are the details:
- Facility Maintenance Foreman: ITI qualification required. Responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Post Process – Field Foreman: Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering. Supervise and manage all post-processing operations including heat treatment, straightening, cutting, facing, and pickling.
- Process – Field Foreman: Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering with knowledge of NDT (UT/ECT Level II). Inspect and manage inspectors, maintain equipment readiness, oversee MES systems, and support audits.
- Warranty Analysis (Testing Technician): Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering. Proficient in MS Office, responsible for conducting laboratory material tests and ensuring compliance with ASTM, ASME, ISO standards.
- Straightening Machine Operator: Operate the straightening machine to correct pipe shape and dimensions after extrusion, checking sizes and equipment conditions.
- Pickling Tanks Operator: Operate pickling tanks to clean pipes using chemical solutions, removing scale and oxides.
- Pipe Packing Operator: Operate packing station to bundle finished pipes using overhead crane and strap machine.
- WWT/Boiler / Main Pond Operator: Responsible for operating and maintaining wastewater treatment, boiler, and main pond systems.
- Rot Helper: Operate the run-out table to receive pipes directly after extrusion.
- Boiler & Utility Foreman: ITI qualification required. Responsible for operation, inspection, and maintenance of the facility’s boilers and utility systems.
- Pipe Cutting Operator: ITI qualification required. Operate cutting machines to precisely cut hot-rolled or cold-drawn mother tubes into required lengths.
- EOT Crane Operator: Experience in operating EOT cranes for material handling.
- Induction Heater Operator: Operate induction heating equipment for pipe processing.
- Furnace Heater Operator: Operate furnace heating systems for thermal treatments.
