Available Positions and Requirements
1. Control System Engineer
Job Responsibilities: Must have hands-on experience with BROHLE marine and yacht control systems, especially implemented on shiplifts. The role involves handling shiplift automation and control systems, including PLCs, HMI/SCADA, software, drives, and instrumentation.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in shiplift control or marine control systems. BROHLE system implementation experience is essential for this role.
2. Hydraulic Engineer
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the shiplift and transfer system hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, hydraulic power units, and associated control equipment.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in hydraulic system maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in shiplift, marine, heavy lifting, or oil & gas applications.
3. Mechanical Senior Technician
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the IMI shiplift mechanical systems, including wire ropes, sheaves, gearboxes, bearings, brakes, and transfer mechanisms.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years and previous shiplift experience is mandatory.
4. Electrical Senior Technician
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of shiplift electrical systems, including motors, power distribution equipment, control panels, cables, sensors, and protection systems.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years and previous shiplift experience is mandatory.
5. Control System Senior Technician
Job Responsibilities: Supports the operation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the shiplift control and automation systems. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and system testing.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in control systems. BROHLE systems experience is a plus.
6. Shiplift System Operator
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the IMI shiplift and transfer systems. Monitors system performance, conducts pre-operation checks, and reports abnormalities.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years and previous shiplift operation experience is mandatory. BROHLE systems experience is a plus.
Key Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with BROHLE, PLCs, HMI/SCADA, drives, and instrumentation.
- Strong knowledge of IMI shiplift and transfer systems.
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
