Available Job Positions & Requirements
- Facility Maintenance Foreman: ITI qualification required. Responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Post Process – Field Foreman: Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering. Supervises and manages all post-processing operations including Heat treatment, straightening, cutting, facing, and pickling.
- Process-Field Foreman: Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering with NDT (UT/ECT Level II) knowledge. Manages inspectors, maintains equipment readiness, oversees MES systems, and supports audits.
- Warranty Analysis (Testing Technician): Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering. Proficient in MS Office. Conducts laboratory material tests and ensures compliance with ASTM, ASME, ISO standards.
- Straightening Machine Operator: Operates machines to correct pipe shape and dimensions post-extrusion.
- Pickling Tanks Operator: Operates tanks using chemical solutions to clean pipes, removing scale and oxides.
- Pipe Packing Operator: Operates packing station to bundle finished pipes using overhead cranes and strap machines.
- WWT/Boiler / Main Pond Operator: Responsible for water treatment, boiler, and main pond operations.
- ROT Helper: Operates the run-out table to receive pipes directly after extrusion.
- Boiler & Utility Foreman: ITI qualification. Responsible for operation, inspection, and maintenance of facility boilers & utility systems.
- Pipe Cutting Operator: ITI qualification. Operates cutting machines to precisely cut hot-rolled or cold-drawn mother tubes.
- EOT Crane Operator
- Induction Heater Operator
- Furnace Heater Operator
