Job Overview
Soundlines Group is urgently hiring for a leading restaurant in Saudi Arabia (KSA). We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals for the positions of Maintenance Technician / MEP Technician, Production Supervisor and Training Supervisor. Online interviews will be conducted for eligible candidates. The age limit is 25 to 35 years.
Available Positions
1. Maintenance Technician / MEP Technician
In this role, you will handle the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and overall facility systems of the restaurant. You should have hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail or restaurant environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and carry out timely repairs.
- Maintain all restaurant equipment and infrastructure in safe working condition.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
2. Production Supervisor
As a Production Supervisor, you will manage daily food production operations, supervise the production team, maintain food safety and quality standards, and control inventory. Candidates with experience in F&B, food manufacturing or central kitchen environments are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan production schedules and manage daily output to achieve targets.
- Supervise food production staff and assign daily duties.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain quality control and inventory management procedures.
3. Training Supervisor
The Training Supervisor will be responsible for employee training, onboarding, coaching, training needs analysis and performance evaluation. Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills are essential, preferably with experience in F&B, hospitality, retail or restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Identify training needs across various departments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.
- Maintain training records, reports and documentation.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in food production, food science, operations, hospitality, HR, education, training, business administration, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, maintenance or a related field.
Age Limit
Applicants must be between 25 and 35 years of age.
Working Conditions
- 9 hours duty per day including 1 hour break.
- 6 working days per week.
- Rotational shift if required.
- Overtime applicable as per company policy.
