Educational Qualification Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- ITI Certification in relevant mechanical trade
Experience Requirements
- Must have hands-on experience working in a dairy plant environment
- Specific experience with Tetrapak processing equipment including:
- Homogenizers
- Separators
- Pasteurizers
- Pumps and Valve Stations
- Mixers
- Strong knowledge of mathematics related to machinery operations
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and engineering symbols
- GCC work experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of dairy processing equipment
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues in production lines
- Preventive maintenance of Tetrapak processing systems
- Ensuring equipment operates at optimal efficiency
- Following safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime
