Responsibilities
- Supervise CNC Milling & Turning operations
- Manage machine shop activities and team performance
- Interpret drawings and ensure quality standards
- Handle maintenance, repair & production planning
Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Knowledge in CNC, AutoCAD & Mastercam
- Strong leadership & communication skills
