Job Responsibilities
The Kitchen Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashing machines. The candidate must have knowledge of electrical, gas, and basic mechanical systems, along with preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
