We are hiring experienced Hard Services Technicians – MEP and KLE Technicians. Candidates must have proven GCC experience and experience in facility maintenance activities.

Position 1: Hard Services Technicians – MEP
Salary: SAR 1700 – 2000
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Technical Diploma in General Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or equivalent.
- Mechanical background with expertise in HVAC, VRV systems, package units, pumps, and RO systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Experience in preventive and corrective MEP maintenance.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting pumps, control panels, water heaters, filters, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of RO system operations and chemicals.
Position 2: KLE Technicians
Salary: SAR 1700 – 2000
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Two-year Diploma in Electricity, HVAC, or a related field.
- Apprentice training in kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead when required.
General Candidate Requirements
- All candidates should have experience in facility maintenance activities.
- Candidates must be proficient in English or Arabic for effective communication.
- Candidates must have proven GCC experience.
