Candidate Requirements
- Experience in large-scale catering, hotels, restaurants, or institutional kitchens
- Good knowledge of the assigned job role and related equipment / work procedures
- Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced catering environment
- Good hygiene and safe food-handling practices are mandatory
- Good English communication skills are preferred / required depending on the position
