SINCLUS Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. is sourcing skilled workers for Facility Maintenance Management in Oman. We are looking for experienced professionals for the following positions:
1. Tile Mason
Qualification: SSLC
Experience: Minimum 5 years in tiles fixing & plastering work. Should also be proficient in wall painting, plumbing work, and minor carpentry. Must assist in PPM activities at the FM site.
2. Wall Painter
Qualification: SSLC
Experience: Minimum 5 years in spray painting & brush painting, including AC equipment painting. Should have knowledge of wall painting, plumbing work, and minor carpentry. Must assist in PPM activities.
3. Furniture Carpenter
Experience: 7 years work experience in furniture repair, door closure fixing, door lock repair, window curtain fixing, kitchen rack fixing & repair, and general carpentry maintenance. Should know wall painting and plumbing work. Must assist in PPM activities.
