Position 1: HVAC Technician
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in AC units.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and other HVAC equipment.
- Monitor system performance and check refrigerant pressures and levels.
- Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Maintain service records and logs of maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Facility maintenance experience is mandatory.
- English fluency is mandatory.
- Diploma in HVAC or Mechanical is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the facility maintenance industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and refrigeration systems.
Position 2: Electrical Technician – Low Voltage (LV)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on lighting systems, sockets, switches, distribution boards (DBs), circuit breakers, and emergency lighting.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in LV electrical circuits and panels.
- Carry out minor electrical installations and replacements.
- Install conduits, cable trunks, and cable trays.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Use testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Requirements
- Facility maintenance experience is mandatory.
- English fluency is mandatory.
- Diploma in Electrical or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the facility maintenance industry.
- Knowledge of LV electrical systems, DBs, circuit breakers, wiring, and electrical installations.
