1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Salary: $6,000 – $8,000 USD per month
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a CFO within a hospital — mandatory.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, audits, and hospital financial reporting.
- Proven ability to lead finance teams, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize financial performance, and support strategic business decisions.
2. Business Development Manager
Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years mandatory in a hospital.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, quality standards, accreditation (NABH/JCI), and process improvement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement strategic initiatives, and drive business growth or quality improvement programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with the ability to achieve organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS)/ERP, with strong reporting and documentation skills.
3. Quality Manager
Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 USD per month
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years mandatory in a hospital.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, quality standards, accreditation (NABH/JCI), and process improvement.
