ITL Group of Companies, an established HR consultancy, is urgently hiring an experienced Machinist for a long-term Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Project with ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists with offshore oil and gas experience to work on critical rotating equipment and machinery components.

Desired Qualification & Experience
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Industrial Training Certificate / Machining preferred
- Minimum 10 Years’ Experience as Machinist
- Minimum 5 Years’ Offshore Experience in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Industry
Technical Experience
Hands-on experience in operating:
- Central Lathe
- Drilling Machine
- Milling Machine
- Cutting Equipment
Proficient in using precision measurement tools:
- Vernier Calipers
- Inside & Outside Micrometers
- Bore Gauges
- Dial Gauges
Experience in reconditioning and machining of:
- Pumps
- Compressors
- Valves
- Other Machinery Components
Ability to restore original dimensions and clearances.
Workshop machine maintenance experience including:
- Oil Changing
- Parts Replacement
- Minor Adjustments
Key Competencies
- Proficient in reading and interpreting Mechanical Drawings, Schematics & Fabrication Sketches
- Skilled in operating conventional machines: Lathe | Milling | Grinding | Boring
- Knowledge of Offshore Machining & Material Properties: CS, SS, Duplex, Bronze
- Strong knowledge of Fits, Tolerances & Surface Finish Requirements
- Experience with rotating equipment components: Shafts, Sleeves, Couplings, Impellers
