Position: Electrical Workshop Supervisor
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in AC/DC motors
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
Salary: 2,500 – 4,000 SAR per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate workshop activities for AC/DC motor repairs and rewinding.
– Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
– Manage a team of technicians and allocate tasks.
– Troubleshoot and diagnose motor faults.
– Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
Requirements:
– Minimum 10–15 years of hands-on experience in AC/DC motors.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
