Educational Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Industrial Electronics
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with plastic manufacturing equipment preferred
Technical Skills Required
- Troubleshooting Electrical systems, PLCs and Motor controls
- Knowledge of utilities: air compressors, chillers, and Pneumatics systems
- Experience with automation systems (Siemens – B&R preferred)
- Knowledge of process control systems (SCADA)
Professional Competencies
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
