Available Positions & Salary
1. Electrical Supervisor
Salary: SAR 2,800 + 300 Food
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance
- Supervise daily electrical maintenance for plant equipment and utilities
- Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose faults in motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, control panels, and PLC-based systems
2. HVAC Supervisor
Salary: SAR 2,800 + 300 Food
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering
- 5–10 years of maintenance experience
- Expertise in HVAC installation, commissioning, maintenance, and team supervision
- Inspect HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, insulation, and control systems for quality compliance
3. HVAC Technician
Salary: SAR 1,900 + 300 Food
- Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering
- 5–10 years of maintenance experience
- Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems
- Diagnose faults in chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, cooling towers, and refrigeration units
- Inspect and replace components like filters, belts, motors, bearings, and coils
4. Electrical Technician
Salary: SAR 1,900 + 300 Food
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 5–10 years of maintenance experience
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, machinery, control systems, and power distribution
- Install wiring, conduits, lighting, and electrical components
5. Fire Protection Technician
Salary: Negotiable
- Diploma in Fire Safety Systems or relevant field
- Experience in Hospital or Facilities Management is mandatory
- Check fire alarm systems including smoke detectors, sprinklers, and suppression equipment
- Inspect buildings for fire hazards (blocked exits, malfunctioning equipment)
- Review electrical layout blueprints for fire alarm systems
- Test and repair fire alarm and communication systems
- Install structural protection (dry cladding, mineral sprays, intumescent)
6. SCADA Operator
Salary: Negotiable
- Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years experience in PLC/SCADA operations
- Hands-on experience in chiller maintenance and monitoring systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Note: Candidates with experience in Hospital Projects will be an advantage. English or Arabic is mandatory. Gulf return or Indian candidates accepted.
