Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Ability to perform assigned construction tasks (masonry, steel fixing, shuttering, scaffolding, RCC work, or general support)
- Willingness to work overtime or on shifts if required
- Ability to read and follow construction drawings, instructions, and safety guidelines
