**1. Civil Technician**
– Diploma in Civil Engineering
– 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in civil maintenance and construction supervision within the oil & gas industry
– Strong knowledge of building maintenance and new construction projects
**2. Draftsman**
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or any related field
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting
– Experience in elevator-related drawings is preferred
**Age Criteria:** 35-40 years
