Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Gulf dishes including fresh Arabic lamb majboos, cherry kebab, chicken biryani, wild Arabic lamb kabsa, momawash shrimp, and chicken majboos.
– Ensure high quality and presentation of all dishes.
– Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
– Assist in menu development and inventory management.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering service.
– Strong knowledge of Indian and Gulf cuisines.
– Age criteria: 35-40 years.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
