ASMACS Urgent Hiring for UAE – Supervisors Required for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi

ASMACS, an ISO 9001-2015 accredited recruitment company, is urgently hiring experienced supervisors for ENOVA by VEOLIA at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), a world-class multi-specialty hospital in the UAE. This is a free recruitment drive with no charges to candidates. Shortlisting is already in progress at ASMACS offices in Chennai, Cochin, and Mumbai. The final client interview will be held at Chennai in the first week of September 2026.

Available Supervisor Positions

The following supervisory positions are required in large numbers:

  • Civil Supervisor
  • Mechanical Supervisor / Plumbing Supervisor
  • Electrical Supervisor
  • HVAC Supervisor

1. Civil Supervisor

The Civil Supervisor must have strong experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities related to building fabric and civil infrastructure. The role includes overseeing a team of technicians carrying out ceiling restoration, painting, vinyl flooring installation and repairs, door and ironmongery maintenance, masonry, carpentry, waterproofing, wall finishing, tiling, and general building refurbishment works. The supervisor must ensure all jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, HSE, and client requirements while monitoring work progress, material utilization, contractor performance, and service delivery standards. Conducting inspections, preparing maintenance reports, and ensuring facilities are maintained in a safe, functional, and aesthetically acceptable condition are also key responsibilities.

2. Mechanical Supervisor / Plumbing Supervisor

Candidates must have good communication skills and strong knowledge and experience supervising the daily operation, maintenance, breakdown analysis, work order and spare parts management, and repair of hospital mechanical systems. This includes plumbing materials, fittings and fixtures, copper brazing, PPR installation and repair, motor bearing replacement, domestic water system, hot water generation and distribution, water treatment system, reverse osmosis (RO) system, drainage and sewage systems, and pump types, expansion and pressure vessels, mechanical valves and actuators, basic motor controls, and circuit line diagram interpretation. Familiarity with firefighting systems and medical gas systems is essential. The role requires leading technicians and contractors to ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, and installation activities are completed safely and efficiently. Strong knowledge and experience in risk assessment, lockout tag out procedure (LOTO), conflict resolution, work permits, safe work practices, and Legionella prevention and controls are required.

3. Electrical Supervisor

The Electrical Supervisor must have experience leading and managing electrical maintenance and operations teams to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical power systems. Strong knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, CBS, UPS systems, DG, LV bus coupler operations, MV/HV switching procedures, SLD, and familiarity with IPS systems is necessary. Candidates must be well-versed in HSE requirements, including risk assessments, PTW systems, JSA, hazard identification, incident reporting, and compliance with applicable electrical safety regulations, standards, and company procedures. The role includes planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex electrical faults, and managing switching operations to maintain system integrity and operational continuity. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, allocate resources effectively, provide technical guidance, conduct training and competency assessments, and promote a strong safety-first culture is essential. Experience in ensuring compliance with HSE policies, conducting safety audits and toolbox talks, and implementing safe work practices is also required.

4. HVAC Supervisor

Candidates must have good communication skills and strong knowledge and experience supervising the daily operation, maintenance, breakdown analysis, troubleshooting, work order and spare parts management, and repair of hospital HVAC systems including AHU, FAHU, FCU, split AC, centralized chilled water systems, air distribution, air filtration, VAV system, exhaust and ventilation systems, motor bearing replacement, air change rates and pressure monitoring, temperature and humidity control requirements, indoor air quality, and BMS systems. Good knowledge of HVAC controls and circuit line diagram interpretation is required. The role includes leading technicians and contractors to ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, and installation activities are completed safely and efficiently. Strong knowledge and experience in risk assessment, LOTO, conflict resolution, work permits, safe work practices, and Legionella prevention and controls are essential.
