Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts in the technology and managed services sector
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Handle contract management and commercial awareness

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
- Knowledge of Managed Services & IT Operations

- Ability to handle multiple clients effectively
