We Are Hiring – Maintenance Technicians & Team Leader for Saudi Arabia
NASSER OVERSEAS CONSULTANTS, approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India (License No. B-0137/MUM/PER/1000+/5/263/84), is recruiting skilled maintenance professionals for leading maintenance services in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for experienced candidates to work across villas, apartments, residential compounds and offices.
Available Positions & Salary (SAR)

| Carpentry, Finishing & General Maintenance Technician | 1,700 + 300 | 2,000 SAR |
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Team Leader: Supervise maintenance staff, plan daily work schedules, inspect completed tasks, coordinate with contractors and ensure quality standards for villas, apartments and residential compounds.
- Electrical & Smart Home Technician: Install, repair and maintain electrical systems, lighting, wiring and smart home automation devices; diagnose faults and ensure safety compliance.
- Plumbing & HVAC Technician: Maintain and repair plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, AC units, HVAC equipment and related fixtures.
- Carpentry, Finishing & General Technician: Perform carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, fixings and general building maintenance tasks to keep properties in excellent condition.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in the respective trade (2-5 years preferred; Team Leader should have supervisory experience).
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Ability to use tools and follow safety procedures.
- Basic communication skills; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/English is an advantage.
- Valid passport and willingness to work in Saudi Arabia.
